Will a Corner Vanity Work in Your Space?
This vanity fits 90-degree wall corners with a minimum 600mm x 600mm footprint and 1800mm vertical clearance. Before ordering, check three things:
- Plumbing location — Wall-hung rough-in required. Floor-mounted drains need rerouting or the optional leg kit.
- Door swing — Inward doors need 700mm clearance radius. If the vanity blocks this arc, budget for a pocket or barn door.
- Wall structure — Mounts to studs or masonry only. Do NOT hang on drywall without structural backing.
Works for: Powder rooms under 4m², compact en-suites, RV cabins with fixed plumbing. Does NOT work for: Single-wall plumbing centers, corners with immovable windows/vents, or spaces needing dual-user access.

E0-Grade Moisture-Resistant Particle Board
- Best for: Bathrooms with exhaust fans, RVs with climate control, humidity <70%
- Lifespan: 8-12 years with ventilation
- Do NOT use: No exhaust fan, tropical humidity >80%, within 1m of open shower
Solid Wood (Rubberwood / Oak)
- Best for: High-humidity bathrooms, coastal homes, refinishing value
- Lifespan: 15-20 years; sandable and resealable
- Trade-offs: +35-50% cost, +3-5 days production, requires 2-week bathroom acclimation before install
Certification: E0 = formaldehyde ≤0.05mg/m³ (CARB Phase 2 / EPA compliant)

Glaze: Alumina-silicate, 0.3mm thickness, 10,000 abrasion cycles (EN 14617 ≈ 15 years daily use). Non-porous — bacteria cannot penetrate.
Round LED Mirror
- Light temperature: 4000K neutral white (standard). Optional 3000K warm / 6000K cool on request.
- Anti-fog: 35W demister pad, 3-5 min heat-up. Covers 400mm diameter center circle. Full-surface upgrade available.
- Dimming: Touch control, 10-100% stepless. 10% = 3W nightlight. 100% = 1800 lumens.
- Electrical: 110-240V AC behind wall plate required. Battery-powered option available (no anti-fog/dimming).
Installation Requirements
Wall types:
- Stud wall: Min 2 studs at bracket points (template shows 400mm / 600mm centers). Misaligned studs = plywood backing board needed.
- Masonry: M10 x 80mm expansion bolts, 70mm depth. Tile-over-plasterboard = request M10 x 100mm bolts.
- Never mount to bare drywall.
Plumbing rough-in:
- Drain centerline: 180mm above finished floor (standard) or custom height
- Supplies: Hot/cold, 150mm apart, centered on drain
- Floor drain? Option 1: reroute ($200-500). Option 2: freestanding leg kit (+100mm height).
Time: DIY 3-4 hrs. Pro 2-3 hrs. +1 hr for mirror wiring.
Common issues:
- Walls not plumb → shim brackets or scribe cabinet back
- Porcelain tile drilling → use diamond hole saw, not masonry bits

- Package: Plywood crate + foam-encased ceramic basin. Weight: 45kg (CB-600) to 110kg (CB-1500).
- Port-to-port (FOB Guangzhou): You arrange customs/transport. Crate specs provided.
- Door-to-door (DDP): We handle everything. Available US, EU, UK, AU, CA. +25-35 days. No fees on arrival.
- Project load (10+ units): 20ft/40ft container, individual labels, room-number packing lists.
Damage: Inspect crate before signing. Photograph external damage, note “possible concealed damage” on receipt. Open within 48hrs. We replace at no cost with documentation.
Care & Maintenance
Ceramic basin: Soft cloth + mild detergent. No abrasive powders (micro-scratches glaze over time). Hard water: white vinegar 10 min, then wipe. Avoid bleach on drain flange silicone.
Cabinet exterior: Damp cloth only. No furniture polish/silicone sprays. Solid wood: refinishable. Particle board: not refinishable.
LED mirror: Glass cleaner on microfiber cloth first — do not spray mirror directly (liquid seeps into edge seal). Anti-fog pad: no maintenance. Electrical warranty: 3 years.
Annual: Check bracket bolt tightness. Check basin silicone for cracks. Re-caulk if needed.
